If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We are also available for emergency calls and understand when our existing and new patients need us.

Regular office hours are as follows:
Monday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Emergency appointments are available. Please call the office if you need immediate assistance, someone will return your call.

Financial
We accept most major insurance plans as well as workers compensation, no-fault, and medicare. If you do not have insurance we will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We also have interest free finance options for larger treatment programs.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
